Re the chinese alliance, all I can say is, Chinese corporates management are very pragmatic people, and I'd hope they learn and adapt. Although they are prefer the comfort of having a local partner, the extent of reliance between Chinese and Local will be dynamic over time. Which need would endure stronger and longer? The cheap labor and funding capacility from China or the language and cultural skills Chinese need AZG for? Key person plays an important part here too. Once / if the contact and local knowhow goes with the kep person, the balance will change too.

So I do still maintain my bottom line that AZG has strong unique competitive advantages, which go with its unique risks.
