you can check the charts of 08 and 09 during the crash what AVJ and other REIT companies did to be honest the stock fell by about 50%, but of course very quickly recovered, those who had the courage bought on the way down, knowing that the companies are in good financial shape.
If we get another 08 style crash any time soon, ive got about 10 VALUE stocks on my watch list, (AVJ is one of them of course) most are other property stocks too, that I will buy and I wont care what people say that will be bearish. Value stocks when hammered ALWAYS rebound.
