im seriously thinking about taking out that 58,000 at 61c in one hit, I know using my brain its great buying, but I just cant press the BUY button, something is holding me back, something in the back of my mind keeps saying, why is AVJ trading so far below book value when the residential property sector is so hot, and AVJ has been trading way below book value for so long, why is it so unliked when the sector its in is booming?
I don't know what the hell to do, im torn here, I know 61c is a great buy LT, I know if I pull the trigger its probably gonna drop to 55c next week,lol.
