I agree but something always comes out of left field that no is
Expecting like what if the banks increase their % rates even though
The reserve bank doesn't lift rates, that could put a halt to investment loans
Couldn't it?
And effect avj right?
It's good to keep some cash ready as the Dow and all ords are way overdue
For a 20-30% correction any day and even avj would probably get crunched
In such a situation but yeah low 60' s is great to keep accumulating slowly
