I have been looking at this one for a while and although obviously cheap, trying to work out what will trigger a price rise in sp
Working for a trade focussed Building supply company in Victoria, i can confirm that the building industry appears buoyant in Victoria, with perhaps the only hurdle for AVJ being the amount of competition in the market which can squeeze margins, however i like the locations of most of their projects moving forward, so AVJ should be well placed even if the market slows a little.
May buy in if gets back to 60 cents.
