You're right, Pete - it's hard to work out why the discount to NTA is so large, particularly given the FF divi at these prices.
Any parcels purchased below this price is solid value investing. Expect the outlook for H2 F17 to be positive also. The NTA is actually trending up as is earnings. Solid balance sheet, great management executing on their strategy.
