this stock is amazing, its trading around 60c yet its book value NTA is 95c, anyone have a clue why?
with Australia's very strong residential market especially on the fringes of the major capitals where AVJ usually build, I would have thought this stock would be booming and be trading way above NTA, go figure, anyone think it can trade near NTA eventually?
what would have to happen for AVJ to trade near its NTA?
