having had the chance to re read the announcement, they do have an out clause under certain circumstances . there is a 1% penalty attached to it. I wonder what those circumstances are . maybe management should put it all on the table .There needs to be more transparency on this clause . say for example, one of those circumstances is a much superior offer,that coeur don't wish to match ,then directors would then pay the 1% penalty . Under this scenario an offer only 2% could theoretically change directors position .
