No one on JMS thread has posted anything about what happened at the EGM.
JMS did announce the voting results of the meeting which included point 2 which was the agreement to buy RRR / Pallinghurst / Rubicons holding in MDX. Not much further info was released, just the voting results. I wonder what the sale price they agreed is or is it market value on a set day or an average over a few days.
It did coincide with a largish buyer at 38c appearing after the meeting.
Probably all means diddly squat and I am imaging things.
