and if it is negative in nature ( as a possibility ) then the s/price could fall to as low as say .001 with a mass S/holder exist from the stock
I doubt it, I think current price action has already factored in a subdued quarterly. At .1c MIZ marketcap is $2,5mill. That would be pretty insane for a producing (presumably profitable) company..
