Yep, GetPylon is a pay per access product and many smaller solar intallers prefer it than subscription. Higher margin and does what the avg sparkie needs. From memory they used to use Aerometrex for their service. For more insight into this take a look at the Facebook group "Crap Solar" where people discuss Nearmap and Pylon at length.
