IMO if you are looking at getting more shares I'd be looking near the time they have funded at least 75% of their commitment. A farm in/JV will be the only way to get PNN out of money troubles otherwise we have to rely on Bergen. Extremely hard for successful CR if it wasn't before this new finance funder.
