Yes so i count so faqr Bergen have converted some $300K part theerof of Convertible notes so they still have approximately $1.7M to convert.
Bergen have drifted the sp down from say 1.5c to .008c as at now, so mate this does not look good at all for us moving forward.
This is a hard lesson in reality . The only good thing would be for the board to remove the Bergen convertable note, but if they did that, it would be game over as PNN have what, $38K at call less $350K outflow, then the convertible note is a necessary lifeline.?
Personally in my opinion, i can see this heading to zilch based on the above, and how the Bergen effect has affected other companies in this position when Bergen got on board.
