This is called 'sovereign risk' which OSH knows all too well. PB has done a great job in navigating OSH through these rough waters! This is another one to solve. Whether you are widening a road or putting down an airstrip, there will always be a landowner affected. Compensation is one of the most widely used words in the country!!
