the other thing I would watch is the priceof VCS credits or VCU(s). I saw an announcment today that a company is selling them for 1.50US. I dont know what that does to the profitability of the projects. I know the market is volotile and it is all downhill at the moment. There is a lot of credits coming on the market and the GFC and uncertainty has taken the wind out of demand.

The PNG government has a lot to do wiht the deal - to be succesful the logging concession will have to be bought out and I suspect compensation paid to the png government for loss of royalties. The PNG government could be holding out for more money.
