It's probably worth noting as an aside. If collections are close to what is expected when expected, then there should continue to be an increase in enterprise value assuming the weighted average cost of capital is lower than the discount rate used on their largest asset, which it should be. There is also an overlay in the modelled value to provide some further risk buffer. Again not a recommendation, rather merely a fact if collections are as they have modelled in their valuation.
