I thought there was some circumstantial evidence of manipulation of the financial statements.
Credit corps response to the payday lender accusation is 'we aren't a payday lender. We offer extraordinarily high interest rates and take the customers money on payday. This is not a payday loan'.
The report actually holds Pioneer up a company with proper reporting, proper auditors and high transparency.
