I had a good look at the document last night, and I think all shareholders should be worried about this kind of thing. I have not considered the veracity of the claims made, but it clearly looks like the writer of this document is not Australian, but American for a number of reasons. If that is correct, then we should all be concerned about stocks being influenced in this way.

Whoever has done it has put a great deal of time in to putting it together, and gone to equal lengths to maintain their anonymity. Whilst it looks a little amateurish, it does look like they had some idea of what they were doing in regards to the level of detailed information they put into it.

That being said, there is nothing in the document that directly affects PNC, but any consequences of any outcome of an investigation into the claims, could potentially affect PNC.
