Glad to see the issue starting to be addressed after being sidelined during previous discussions for hospital funding (also extremely important ane hamstringed but that's a different issues.) It would be nice to see grants for innovative solutions expanded as well regarding this issue br expanded too. However raising national awareness is a good start to alter cultural, societal and top down shifts in ideals. Technology filtering is essential to this process and to curb the behind the scenes (to schools/parents) stuff that is so prevalent. Sorry rant over.
