Chubby chops and push bikes have never been a matching pair anyway, at least elec bikes might get them moving their bodies a bit more.
One went past me outside my house last week, the girl was still peddling, but it was going quite fast on a slight rise. They must have gears so the rider can still contribute at those speeds.
