"World production is currently 43,000 tonnes of lithium a year." Mate, PLS alone shipped out 47,000 tonnes of lithium concentrate over the last 60 day's. That's ONE mine at stage 1 of development. At stage 3 they will pump out 7.4 million tonnes
. I'd have to get back to you on known, world reserves, but please consider that lithium is very a common resource. Not even close to being a shortage
