Obviously you don't fully understand what you are investing in !
The well was never going to be put into production
It is an appraisal well.
Just like a miner putting down a single drill hole, for say gold.
One single good hole does not mean they start a gold mine.
But that hole will give give them an indication as to the prospectivity of the area they are drilling.
Then they can move forward.
Ditto for the Pep 11 drilling.
