Speeding tickets are usually issued for a rapid increase in price or volume. I think these are most likely triggered automatically based upon the past history of price or volume and given that MOD was already in an uptrend I doubt they will get a letter. There are many stocks in the ASX that do >20% in one day.
As for a suspension, this is not applicable for a price rise. When MOD have some information that the market needs to be informed about then they will request a Trading Halt up to a maximum of three days whilst they write up results.
It is looking like a steady uptrend now and bodes well for next week.
