Makes you wonder what plans they had for financing if the best they could do last time was RCF. Board incompetence re funding have cost shareholders many millions of $$$$ sounds like additional fluff from DF to be honest .... sounds like he is trying to bluff whoever he is talking with to get a better deal indicating those that are on the table are not great ....
