Good on you. I have to go out of internet contact for a few days - yes that is still possible! - and if no reply has been received I shall contact the ASX when I get back. I don't think MED reported the setting up of this private company, or even foreshadowed it. I am not suggesting anything improper is going on, but just want assurance regarding the holding of 100 shares.
