IPOs, CRs, Company Statements etc are little more than sales pitches to investors. Only publication you can believe out of a company is an audited Balance Sheet and even then there are some very dubious accounting practices.
You can hardly take the word of any CEO or especially a COO as fact. You have to read between the lines and make your own judgement on events.
That goes for large companies as well, I remember when American Airlines CEO was on TV stating everything with company cash flow was fine.
Less than week later they filed for Chapter 11
JV, no point being invested in a micro cap pinning hopes on a JV partner to save the day. Especailly one tied up in legal battles.
Also in my opinion and I stated so from the start, IG is a complete waste of time and money, only ones who will benefit from that are the lawyers.
Nothing will ever come of it for previous and current shareholders.
