The part that worries me is that I am paying these people to manage my money.
If my SMSF had performed this poorly over the past 20 years I would be lining up at the at the Dept of Social security on Pensions days.
I continue only because the pain of selling would be too much to bear and I keep thinking that these people can't be this bad.
I'm expecting a news release saying Ha Ha just joking. We've really been making 12%pa which is surely what we should be expecting from experienced fund managers. Otherwise they would be better off sticking our money in a St George cash account at .5%pa and saving the cost train fares ( and our capital ) getting to the office.
(I'm assuming given their performance they would be choosing the most economical means possible to commute to work)
