This type of course of sales action can be used to mask accumulation buying.

Big buys are made at the offer followed by a constant stream of sells into the bid to suppress the share price and hopefully keep the share price flat(ish).

If a big buyer was to accumulate a large position in a stock without doing this, the share price would jump up too fast and alert the market which might further drive the price up and when every % counts, that is no bueno.

Needless to say when you see this kind of activity on a stock you are invested in you should take it as a positive sign. A lot of companies throw the term "world class" around too lightly, the Frisco system is definitely world class asset in an 1st world jurisdiction.
