Please explain to me how you can go into a trading halt pending the announcement of potentially company making or company destroying deal on the same day that you issue 10,000,000 share and 10,000,000 options (to 'sophisticated and professional investors')?
Wouldn't the status of these dealings be absolutely material to the above investors making an informed decision?
