What is the purpose of a business? : to make money
Are we? : not yet but mighty close
Will we be profitable: Yes
Are extraction costs cheaper then the competitors: Yes
Do we have enough oil: Yes
Are we low on acres: Yes (drawback is only a certain number of wells attainable)
If we have profits flowing is this easily fixed:
Yes (land is cheap)
Are we close to using all the acreage: Just over 10% so no
My point is I think its more important to continue to increase production (hence profit) rather then worry about how big your acreage is as an oil junior. Money from cap raising is not infinite and people do not like getting their shares diluted constantly.
The company has got it dead on IMO ....
Profit and self sustainability first & Land second (which again is easily fixable).
They are setting up for the mid to long term and not just for short term gains.
