Apple Tree sells 900,000 - 1m shares...not such a big deal. You cannot expect a VC firm to hold an investment forever.
Raising potential $145m is a very interesting move. It looks like HTWR are gearing are for an enormous ramp up once they get approval. Maybe FDA approval will come sooner rather than later given the early fund raising (with still $50m cash - from memory).
*LOOK to MVAD trials (and PVAD possibly) - The also announced without fan fare (see SEC articles) another rental agreement for a huge factory in Miami on the same day.
Notice that the shares dive 8.5% (to $81) the day they announce the deal to sell 1million shares with no stock price. Then the shares shoot back up almost 7% after Apple Tree puts the sale price to $81.
