I think its also a case of paying a large dividend once a year. Obviously its a good yield but as things stand its now 12 months till the next payout, so plenty of time to get in. I think that as soon as they start paying half yearly or better still quarterly dividends ( which I think they eventually will ) the stock will be re -rated to around an 8% yield value.
