look at the other prop stock's all on yields around 9%

if you buy now....not only will you be on a 14% yield but you should get a cap gain as stock re-rates to trade up around $1.20 or 9% yield

total gain 65% over next say 6-12 months!

The only reason this stock hasnt traded at the $1+ mark lately is that "the market" thought the gearing was too high and that the div wasn't frequent enough.....
well now those issues have been sorted
