now loaded up 50000 shares @78.5C
yield 14.1% is crazy
no commercial props @this yiled
i looked at some to buy outright @800K only 7.5% yield and thats actually very good and geared to 90%
RRT 75% gearing at this levels if go down ill load up another 200K each level it goes down
