BUT... I believe there are far more than 3x caravans as compared to campervans. In total, there were 474,000 caravans and campers registered in Australia in 2012, with about 5% increase per annum. So, based on your assumptions, you can safely double your numbers. I'd also base it on a median price of $80 per night. I had a look through the listings and can see that there's only 1 at $40, with the rest sitting at $80+
Then.... what happens if/when DMCR takes the model overseas....
