I hope you're right that I've seriously understated the number of caravans and profit. I know my number are very rough and don't include everything but I feel you suggestion of a GP to be off.

if revenue (or total turn over, 80% of which goes to the car owner) for dmcr is $121m/pa
the gross profit margin (to QNA) is 20%
121000000 x 0.2 = $24,200,000
then assuming net profit (after tax and expenses) is 15%
24,200,000 x 0.15 = $3,630,000 net profit per year.

We can't take 15% of the revenue and call it GP.
