It's pretty simple for us luckily. Below 1 cent and you are gambling, above 1 cents and you can assume that a rabbitt has been pulled out of the hat, ie: something is brewing.
at 0.7 cents it's probably too cheap to ignore, and against my better judgment I am in the screens at 0.7 cents. Above 1 cents and will buy more agressively, my preferred strategy.
