Of course that's what it has become. Its cost of capital has blown out to enormous proportions so it can not proceed, even if it issued 10% of issued capital it would only raise $600k, hardly enough to start a serious campaign (and would dilute us into oblivion). A bond issue is no chance, so we are relying on JV's, HPX and the African JV!!!!?????. But I assume we all noticed the total lack of mention of these in the appalling quarterly non-activity update.

I note they failed to release the promised way forward last week as they told cashisking they would. lets hope we see this this week, and the JV's come to the fore ..
