Yes, of course. A 15 cents plastic bag is a lot less dangerous than a free plastic bag.
Plastic is plastic baby. It is the idiots who are too lazy to dispose of the bags properly who wreck it for everybody. This is a great ploy by WOW and WES. Profits dropping? No problem - just charge your customers 15 cents per bag for a bag that costs WOW and WES a fraction of a cent! And pretend to be the guardians of the environment when you do it.
