so how do you get loose fruit and veg. to the checkout?

you need some sort of 'baggage'.

is it plastic bags or paper bags?
obviously not paper bags, as they fall apart immediately with moisture unless they are lined with plastic wax.

so apparently Aldi still has plastic bags to store loose fruit and veg., so obviously Woolies and Coles will follow suit.

that just means i can discreetly top up big on extra bin liners when shopping in the future at Woolies for fruit and veg.
