Bollinger bands are narrowing again..with price near the bottom band usually precedes a run up. WEll thats the theory..still holding up ok in the terrible market conditions. Small caps like this will now attract more attention IMO. ESpecially when the next announcement comes through...should be a stubber with all the new wells coming on stream.
