Or more likely some punter loading up for positive testing results or the rutile plant deal sign off. Some people are quick to offload at 0.007 whenever there is a chance as well.
I don't know why I am even watching this stock any more, perhaps the faint hope that it can fund my retirement one day or pay for my funeral expenses.
