True Super, but to trump your argument, POH has an arguably efficacious IP, whereas FTT has unfortunately brilliantly demonstrated that its IP is essentially worthless. A smart outfit may see the value in paying a virtual pittance for the unrealised potential of the POH IP after years of mismanagement and luckless decision making.
