    we know they have aggreements with some of there minerals sands projects and have about 70% of resource taken care of , we dont know who that 70% is

    we know tty is teamed up with noble, was reading about noble in mining monthly today so they may come in and take up the remaing 30% or may already have there hand in. just some thoughts.
