Thanks for bringing it to my attention on the XSO @Pisces... I'm in for a small punt here. Least because the offer is at a premium. Plenty of worse places to put some $$ in than gold with things being a bit volatile.

It's in a very warm area in that Zuleika shear. From memory PXG had some good hits and steadily building ounces there before EVN took them out on the cheap.

Post issue puts it on about 201m shares and $17m market cap, so with 2.2m cash it's a $15m EV. Not super cheap but continuation of early encouraging shallow results like we saw - 24m @ 3.57g/t Au.

I suspect the Tribune/Rand guys saw something they really liked to want more exposure so desparately. Let's see what extra drills bring here..
