What I am hopeful for is a capital raising that has already taken place to soph investors or alike @ .004

Ain't gonna happen at .4c I'm afraid. Last placement had very poor participation, the trading halt would have been to drum up interest in another placement and this was never going to happen at .4c imo. It all comes down to what they announce in terms of where money will be going that will dictate share price movement but in the last placement most of it was given back to directors for unpaid director fees.
