From what I have read also I think there is a good chance that major funding is available via the World Bank but I would say that the way its set up will be in a way that benefits Haiti , so if that's the case 3D may benefit
3D will have to invest in some new board members and people with mine engineering experience and also I would like to know more about whom they have bought it from as I would say a lot of the experience needed will come from that
The ASX seems to have a habit of pushing stocks up to a 40-50m value on average , not saying I am calling that but have seen this happen over and over .
This reminds me a little of AZY , same recap via a rights that took off from .04/.05 to 6c
