Based on current information it would appear this value destructive deal has been brought about by managements failure to seal a deal for the Niobrara combined with a failure to understand the simple concept of water flooding (Ash Creek). Yet again holders take a bath while management suck in over a $1000 every time they walk through the office door. . While they clearly needed some cash to get through to Grieve production this is an overkill that may prove nothing more than a transfer of wealth from ordinary investors to wealthy shareholders/directors.

I honestly thought we were in a better management position but this effort would make Andy proud!!
