No one wants it at 16 cents... who will buy at 19 cents ... make no mistake its dilution dilution dilution and there will not be sophisticated investors lining up under current conditions.. they will try and flog this deal to mug punters........... of course if you're prepared to hold on to them for what is it that's stated sometimes... 3 - 5 years go for it!! Just can't see the wisdom in making no income on capital for that long.
