I agree.
Shareholders (without any say in the matter) have just swapped a significant portion of Grieve for cash at bargain basement prices, we would need around a 2-300% return on this cash over the next 12 months to breakeven.
History is not on our side and nothing I have read or heard gives me enough confidence that we will breakeven, let alone come out ahead thus my opinion.
